The Legal Process

There are a number of stages you will need to go through in order to get a legal Divorce.

The first step is to prove that your marriage has irretrievably broken down and that one or other of the partners feels unable to continue in the arrangement of the marriage.

There are 5 possible Reasons for applying for a Divorce, however the first two make up around 3/4 of all Divorce applications in the UK.
